Rob and Lauren Hunter founded Platinum Joinery Interiors after recognising the need for a quality-focused, one-stop, high-end commercial and residential interior specialist.

With a purpose-built factory located in Brisbane’s leafy north-west, we are perfectly positioned to manage projects across Australia from initial concept through to final handover. Our team is dedicated to maintaining true control over quality management by manufacturing all our joinery and cabinetry in-house. We use high-tech machinery and tools to maintain strict quality and consistency for a seamless fitout journey.

To enable complete joinery and fitout solutions, we choose to engage with trades, service professionals and contractors who have an undeniable reputation for quality work and clear communication. Compliance is a critical part of what we do and we expect our network to go above and beyond minimum compliance standards.

Rob has over 20 years of industry experience as a cabinet maker and shopfitter. Specialising in high-end retail and residential joinery, he’s renowned for his sharp focus on superior quality. Rob’s keen eye for detail extends to project management, where he’s developed a reputation for strong compliance, communication and coordination. ….

Rob has over 20 years of industry experience as a cabinet maker and shopfitter. Specialising in high-end retail and residential joinery, he’s renowned for his sharp focus on superior quality. Rob’s keen eye for detail extends to project management, where he’s developed a reputation for strong compliance, communication and coordination.

Rob is a father of three young children and wife to Lauren. When he’s not leading the PJI fitout team, you’ll find Rob taking off on family holidays, playing golf, or mastering his snowboarding skills.

Her well-rounded skill set and commitment to building solid business relationships have positioned Lauren as a leader in client experience solutions. Lauren is a mum of three young children and wife to Rob. When she’s not at the forefront of PJI, you’ll find Lauren getting focused at the gym, travelling with her family, adoring her dogs, or enjoying good food and wine with friends.

Cabinetmaker

Callum

Callum has been a member of the Platinum Joinery Interiors team from nearly the beginning. He started and completed his apprenticeship with us and is a valued member of our team. He continues to gain valuable experience in creating bespoke joinery and has worked on many commercial and retail fitouts.

Callum has been a member of the Platinum Joinery Interiors team from nearly the beginning. He started and completed his apprenticeship with us and is a valued member of our team. When he is not working you will find Callum down a 4WD track or spending time with his family.
